To remove the tube from the tire, you will need to use some mountain bike tire tools. Pry the tire away from the rim to remove it from the rim. Take care not to damage the inner tube when you prey the tire out from the rim.
After removing the old tire from the bike, you may now install new ones. Take a new mountain bike tire and carefully slip it on the rim.
